Sending Quotation to Customer

- Customer responds within the validity period of the quotation
- Customer approves the quotation definitively via email

Contract Signing
- Preparing, drafting, and reviewing the contract based on the approved quotation
- Communicating with the customer to set the contract signing time at the company's premises
- Signing, stamping, and archiving the contract in the customer's file
- Receiving the initial payment as per the contract agreement

Order Confirmation
- Sending the final order to the China team via email based on the agreed contract terms
- The China team communicates with the factory and reaches an agreement with them
- Transferring the advance payment to the China team

Working on the Order
- The China team agrees with the approved factory
- Manufacturing of the required product begins with the contracted specifications
- Mutual coordination to know the shipping date
- Receiving the second installment of the contract
- Shipping the product from China
- Confirming with the customer about preparing the final payment

Product Arrival
- Preparing the required documents for the entry of goods through government websites
- Informing the customer of the arrival date of the goods and preparing the warehouse
- Receiving the goods from customs and clearing customs
- Receiving the final installment from the customer

- Settling accounts with finance and closing the order file
